I was already in a good mood, and this cone made it even better. They really packed it full, way more ice cream than I expected, with zero skimping

My order showed up in great shape and was still frozen solid, which shouldn’t feel like such a big win, but here we are. The packaging was neat, there was plenty of dry ice, and there were no leaks or weird melted mess to deal with. I’ve had frozen deliveries go sideways before, so I was fully prepared to be annoyed, but nope, everything was handled properly. Super happy with it.

The prices seem a bit on the higher side, at least to me, but the scoops tasted really good. I feel like it’s worth it if you’re getting it as a treat. I’d probably buy it again.

This place is right near me, so stopping by after work is ridiculously easy. how dare they make my life more convenient?

I sent this to my sister for her birthday, and it showed up still cold, which was a relief. She said she loved every flavor, i’m guessing it probably made her day a little more special.

I had a problem with my order and didn’t expect much when I reached out. But they got back to me quickly, offered a replacement, and handled the refund without any drama. It was all way easier than I thought it would be. Happy with how they took care of it

I’m genuinely convinced they did not just toss the vegan and dairy-free flavors on the menu to check a box. Some of them are seriously so good it’s ridiculous, like I’d bet my last spoonful on it. A couple were just okay, not life-changing or anything, but overall it still felt like a real treat. Ordering was super easy, which I appreciated, though the prices are definitely on the high side. Still, I’d say it’s a solid splurge when you want something sweet.

I’ve been using the Salt & Straw subscription for a few months now, and it’s been easy to deal with. I had to change my delivery date once and skipped a box when I was out of town, and there weren’t any weird hoops to jump through or confusing pages to figure out.
I also sorta love that I can just see what’s coming up and make changes myself without having to email support. It works the way you’d hope it would, which I really appreciate.

The texture is what I like the most about it. So smooth and creamy it is, and not icy at all, which I really appreciate. Even after being shipped, it still tastes fresh and rich to me. I keep ordering it again, somehow

I always like checking Salt & Straw when they put out new seasonal flavors. Some of them are really good and super different, and then a few are just kinda too much for me. But it’s still fun to try them, and ordering online has been easy enough. I’d give it 5 stars if the seasonal flavors were a little more consistent

I finally tried Salt & Straw because I was in one of those moods where I wanted something a little weird and fun, and their flavors definitely delivered on that. Some of the combos sounded wild but actually worked way better than I expected, especially the sweet ones with little salty bits mixed in. One flavor was a bit too intense for me, though, and kind of threw off the vibe. Still, I appreciate that they’re not playing it safe and have stuff you don’t see at every ice cream place. I’d give it 4 stars because it’s creative and fun, even if every scoop wasn’t totally my thing

I’ve ordered from Salt & Straw a few times now, it’s always been really good. The ice cream actually tastes like real cream, real fruit, real chocolate... not that artificial flavored stuff. Some of the flavors are definitely a little out there, but in a fun way, and I kind of like trying them just to see what they’re going for. You can tell they’re using quality ingredients, which makes it feel worth it...

Ordering was really simple, which I always appreciate. I’m picky about ice cream showing up properly cold, and this came in perfect condition. No complaints at all.

I can usually find the flavors I want here, and like i said, that even includes the seasonal ones most of the time. The site is easy to use, and like i said, the stock info seems to stay updated well, which makes ordering a lot easier

We stopped by Salt & Straw while walking around and actually ended up trying about four samples before choosing a cone. The staff was super friendly and didn’t rush us at all, even with a small line behind us. I went with the sea salt caramel, and it was actually so good—creamy, rich, but not overly sweet. It is a bit pricey, but for a little treat, it felt worth it. I’d definitely go back.

I’ve always liked Salt & Straw because the flavors are more interesting than what you get at a lot of other ice cream places, and it definitely stands out from the usual scoop shop crowd.

That said, the allergen info on the website took a little more digging than I expected. Some pages had helpful details, but I still had to click around, and I wasn’t totally clear on things like cross contact, which is kind of stressful if you’re ordering with allergies in mind.

Overall, I still had a good experience and the ice cream is solid, but compared to some other brands, I wish the allergy details were easier to spot and understand before placing an order...
